🚀 Your Opportunity: Become a Technical Pillar of our Core Product

As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will join our Engineering team, reporting directly to Boris, VP Engineering. You will take technical leadership of a team of 4 talented engineers dedicated to our flagship product "Mozzaik". Your role will be central to the evolution of our platform. You will not only be a technical expert but a true driving force for innovation and quality.

  • 💡 Pioneer AI Engineering Practices: Be at the cutting edge! Leverage our agility to experiment and implement the best LLM engineering practices: dedicated frameworks, Test-Driven AI coding, rule files, structured prompt engineering.

  • 📈 Strategic SaaS Projects: Lead exciting projects such as email sequence management, an advanced notification center, audience management, complex analytical dashboards, while ensuring 99.9% reliability (SLA).

  • Modernize and Enhance Reliability: Actively participate in refactoring legacy components (Sharepoint SPFX) and continuously improving the robustness and performance of our platform.

🛠️ Your Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and technically develop your team of engineers.

  • Design the technical architecture and develop key features of the Mozzaik platform.

  • Define and drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with the VP Engineering and Product Management.

  • Ensure code quality, performance, and platform reliability (99.9% SLA target).

  • Promote and implement engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring, documentation).

  • Explore, prototype, and integrate AI-based solutions into the product and our development processes.

  • Actively participate in engineering team life: knowledge sharing, code reviews, continuous improvement.

  • Infrastructure: Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL Database, Service Bus, etc.)

Profil recherché

We are looking for a pragmatic technical leader, passionate about the product, with solid Full Stack expertise.

  • Solid Experience: You have at least 5 years of software development experience, with proven technical leadership or team mentoring experience.

  • Full Stack Expertise: Mastery of the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem (React front-end, .NET back-end). You are comfortable with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems architecture.

  • Leadership and Mentoring: You know how to inspire a team, foster collaboration, and support engineers in their technical development.

  • Product & Architecture Vision: You can translate complex functional requirements into elegant, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions. You have a good understanding of SaaS architecture challenges.

  • Problem Solver: You enjoy solving complex problems pragmatically, finding the right balance between technical innovation and value delivery.

  • Quality & Best Practices: You are an advocate for quality code, automated testing (TDD/BDD), continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills (Fluent English required, French is a plus), able to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and other engineering teams.

  • Curiosity & Humility: You are passionate about new technologies (especially AI) and have a strong desire to learn and grow, while sharing your knowledge.

  • Step 2: Technical Test ⚒️: Technical test to be prepared autonomously on a platform (remote).

  • Step 3: Technical & Architecture Discussion (90 min, video call): Exchange with Boris and/or team members on a practical system design/architecture case study.

  • Step 4: Team Fit & Final Alignment (45-60 min, video call): To help you envision yourself in the team and validate mutual fit. Final interview with Florian, CEO, and Team Fit to meet all our teams.
